Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your receptionist, either all the time or only when you can't answer. You can switch forwarding off whenever you like.
What happens with a real emergency?
Your receptionist follows the emergency rules you give us: safety steps for the caller, then an immediate text or call to you or your on-call tech. Anyone in danger is told to call 911.
How long does setup take?
Usually one or two days after a 15-minute call. We build it, you test it by calling it yourself, then you turn on forwarding.
Can I cancel?
